Carpet Cleaning

Groomed carpet lanes alternating light and dark with the direction of the nap

Low-pressure rinse

A low-pressure water system reaches the root of each fiber without soaking the backing, so the carpet dries faster and nothing sticky is left in the pile to pull dirt back in. Pet odor treatment is part of the same visit.

How carpet cleaning works

Upholstery Cleaning

Green cleaning fluid

Sofas, chairs and cushions get a green cleaning fluid at low pressure, so the fabric dries quickly and odors are removed, not perfumed over.

How upholstery cleaning works

Carpet Repair and Stretching

A loose wave running across wall-to-wall carpet, its crest caught by side light

Patch, stretch, re-rake

Bumps and waves are stretched back out to the baseboards. A ruined section is cut out and a matched piece set in its place. Worn, flattened pile is cleaned, raked and trimmed back up.

How carpet repair and stretching works

Spot Dyeing

Brown cut-pile carpet with one pale, bleached patch

Color matched to the pile

When a mark has taken the color out of the carpet, a dye matched to the surrounding pile is applied to that spot. It costs far less than new carpet and works on almost every stain.

How spot dyeing works

Tile and Grout Cleaning

Floor tile in perspective, grout lines dark on the left and bright on the right

Grease, grime and mold

Grease, oil, dirt and old spills come up out of the tile, and the grout lines are checked and treated for mold.

Air Duct Cleaning

What the registers blow

Pets, a smoker in the house, a new build, allergies, dust trails around the registers or a filter that clogs fast all point to dirty ducts. Clean ducts can also take some load off the utility bill.

How air duct cleaning works

Emergency Water Extraction

One dark, damp extraction lane running through dry carpet

Burst pipe, failed heater

When a pipe bursts or a water heater lets go, in a home or a business, the water is pulled out and the area dried all the way so mold has nothing to start on.

How emergency water extraction works

The low-pressure rinse

94%

of common household allergens come out of the pile, on average, when the rinse reaches the root of the fiber instead of flooding the backing.

The same rinse is built to leave nothing behind. Soap left in a carpet is what grabs the next round of dirt, so a clean that leaves residue is a clean you pay for twice.

How the carpet cleaning works

One visit, start to finish

From the first call to the last pass of the wand

Every carpet job runs the same way, whether it is one stained hallway or every room in the house.

Rinse

Low pressure, down to the fiber root

Water goes in at low pressure and reaches the root of each fiber, where the dirt and the allergens actually settle, without driving it through to the backing.

Groomed carpet lanes running away from the camera, light and dark with the nap

Dry

Backing dry, nothing left in the pile

Because the backing is never soaked, the carpet dries faster. No residue stays behind to pull dirt back in, and pet odors are treated, not covered with scent.

When a pipe bursts or the water heater lets go

In a home or a business, the water is pulled out of the carpet first, then the whole area is dried, all the way down, so mold has nothing to start on. Call the office and say it is water.
